Turnaround Time
Most orders can be produced within 5 – 10 business days. However, depending upon the size and complexity of your order, it can take longer. We will provide you with a specific turnaround time when we quote your project. Rush services are available for an additional fee, which will be based on our current workload. Using an expedited shipping method does NOT reduce production time. Production time does not include Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
Shipping
We use USPS and UPS to ship most of our orders.
**COVID19 Service Alert: transit times for expedited shipping methods may not be guaranteed by the carrier. Please visit the carrier’s website for additional information.
**Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
**Effective April 17, 2020, Postal service Priority Mail products and First Class packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID19 pandemic.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. If your delivery date is critical, please order with plenty of time to account for any questions or issues that can arise pertaining to the production of your order, and anticipate the possibility of carrier delays.
Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping methods do not reduce production time.
We are not responsible for lost orders or additional transit time if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
We shall not be held liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, the customer providing an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, factors that disrupt the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions, natural disasters or an act of God.
Tracking Numbers
A tracking number can be provided for your shipment upon request.
Order Cancelations
Cancellations will depend on the size and status of your order. If the order has not started production, then yes, in most cases it can be canceled. You may cancel any part of the order that we haven’t already produced. You will be charged for any portion of the order that we have already completed and for any inventory that we specifically ordered for you.
Warranty
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not warranty our products against misuse or abuse of the product.
Return / Replacement Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately at the number below. We will make every effort to make it right.
Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items should be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order. If we produce your order incorrectly because of our error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) at no charge to you. This includes any shipping charges.
If you order the wrong product or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product, that item is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Most of our products are personalized, so they are not returnable, nor will we provide a free replacement because you made a mistake while ordering.

Howard Miller products – All Sales are Final. Warranty claims and service requests are handled through Howard Miller, but we can assist you with this.
We strive to provide our customers with accurate product descriptions and all necessary information to make an informed buying decision. Applicable refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale. If you made the payment by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the returned product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
