Ordering

How do I place an order?

Once you've found your desired product, contact us with the SKU number of that product and we will assist you with the completion of your order. When you contact us, we will need to know your contact information, desired quantity, how you want your product personalized, and how you want to pay for the order. For most items, you will approve a proof prior to the production of the order.

What are your prices?

Products: Products will show pricing on the website. All pricing includes personalization.

Services: Due to the custom nature of the services we provide and the specific requirements of each job, we prefer to quote each job individually. We have a skilled and well-trained staff ready to answer your questions and provide you with a quote.

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders can be produced within 5 to 10 business days. However, depending upon the size and complexity of your order, it can take longer. We will provide you with a specific turnaround time when we quote your project. Rush services are available for an additional fee, which will be based on our current workload.

What are your capabilities?

We utilize drag engraving, rotary engraving, laser engraving, dye sublimation printing, digital direct printing, screen printing, embroidery and a variety of other services.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will depend on the size and status of your order. If the order has not started production, then yes, in most cases it can be canceled. You may cancel any part of the order that we haven't already produced. You will be charged for any portion of the order that we have already completed and for any inventory that we specifically ordered for you.

Logos and Artwork

What type of artwork files do you accept?

We prefer high resolution vector format files - Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS or PDF.

Will you match a PMS color?

We will match your PMS colors as closely as humanly possible, but we do not guarantee an EXACT match.

Can I fax you my logo/design?

No. Faxed logos are not of adequate resolution for graphic design. FYI: If you use your logo on any letterhead, signage or business cards, the company that printed these for you will have your logo in the file type that we need and they should be able to email it to you.

Can I send you a scanned logo/design or one that has been copied from a web site?

No. Logos copied from web sites or scanned logos are not of adequate resolution for graphic design. What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
